Online schedule with Dedham Service Center

No longer able to schedule a service appointment with Dedham Service Center online. The Telsa account keeps showing Watertown only.

Anybody else? How is the loaner availability at Watertown SC? Thanks

I had a loaner from Watertown on Friday. I got there before 8:30am, can't remember the exact time.
It was a PxxD S (can't remember the battery size) but only had 106 miles of range!

Thanks, Eda. If the service turns out to be a multi-day, then I really need a loaner instead of a uBer out and back.

I scheduled for next Friday at Watertown at 9:30. Plan to get there early in hopes of getting a loaner. Doesn't have to be a Tesla, any loaner will do.

Always had a loaner at Dedham.

There's an Enterprise location about a mile away that picks you up if they're out of loaners.

If you want to schedule at Dedham, call the Tesla Dedham number then press 2. This will connect you directly with Dedham vs. being forwarded to the national line.

It looks like you can now access the Dedham SC online schedule now. I managed to book a service this morning, albeit for mid-October.
