Just out of curiosity, will Tesla already have Green Plates on the car at delivery or regular plates and then you apply after? Thanks!

My Model S was delivered with blue number plates. My story here.

I was going to say the same thing - all 2012 Ss (including at CPO three years later) have to be manually registered at the MTO. I was delivered with a blue plate and went back in a couple months when they finally had me lined up for a reregistered green plate.

I would expect us to get blue at delivery until the MTO catches up, but we could be pleasantly surprised.
