Oregon $2500 EV Rebate is clear!

I have one question regarding submitting the documents for rebate. Since DEQ office is just 5 blocks to my place (Lloyd 700 building). I was wondering, is there an option to just walk to their office and submit documents by hand? Will they accept it this way?

I would really appreciate if someone share their exp if you have done like this.

Did they send you the email communication when the rebate was approved? I got the confirmation confirmation on March 14th when they received my application.
2 weeks, was it from the approved confirmation or application received confirmation email?

When did you take delivery of your car? They say rebates are processed based on when you took delivery and when you submitted the application. Priority goes to those who took delivery first.
