I have a 2019 Model 3 LR and a 2021 Model Y LR. This year both cars' batteries gave me a message that service is needed to get optimal charge and then both vehicles simply stopped charging all together. Has this happened to others? What is causing the failures. Bit unusual for 2 different models and the same thing has happened.
