Ownership Transfer not working

Hey guys and gals, I’ve been trying to add my newly purchased model 3 to my account through Tesla’s website but every time I try to finalize and submit the documents this error comes up.... “unable to process your request, try again later”
I’ve tried many browsers from both the iPhone and PC and tried clearing the cookies but end up with the same outcome..
Tried to send e-mails from two days ago

[email protected]
But no one is responding...

have anyone had such experience? Is there other emails I can reach Tesla through?

Hey guys, I’ve talked to Tesla here and they sent an email on my behalf and still no response for over a week☹️☹️
tried submitting the documents again but keep on having the same error.... anyone experienced something like this before?
