For the third time, the column that is labelled NBC in the TRUE-UP HISTORY SUMMARY is just reporting the amount of NBCs that are in the TOTAL CHARGE column. It isn't being added to anything.
If you end up as a net generator then you would owe the amount of NBCs minus the MDCs you paid, the annual negative TOTAL CHARGE gets wipe out and you get $0.02-$0.03/kWh for the amount you over exported. Unless you are with a CCA then you get more.
If you aren't a net generator then you owe the annual positive TOTAL CHARGE amount minus the MDCs you paid and the NBCs are not relevant as they are included in the TOTAL CHARGE.
