Hi all, been a lurker for a while. Hoping to get some advice. So I recently took my MX in for service on a malfunctioning center row chair which is now fixed. When they called me for pickup they said that it won't be ready until next day b/c they were going to wash it. I told them at that moment specifically not to wash it since I had ceramic coating on it. They told me it won't be washed. When I picked it up the next day the representative mentioned off-hand that it was washed. When I take it home and put light on it, swirls everywhere. It's like night and day when compared with my wife's MS which was coated at the same time. Am I out of luck on this?
