Touching up any white is a pain because there are shockingly innumerous shades of white, plus it is difficult to conceal the darker colored primer/metal under the chip with a lighter color paint that has less pigment to hide. Most people end up globbing on WAY too much paint during any chip repair but white is even worse for that reason.
My advice is to go slow and use minimal paint when touching up a chip, you can always add more paint as needed after it dries every few minutes, but removing an unsightly blob is much more difficult and very frustrating.
Pearl whites are the absolute worst to touch up due to their very low pigment content. If you can't find the correct color match from Tesla than aesculus' recommendation of DrColorChip is a good option, plus they help you with good instructions for the DIYer.
