SC pulled up the Warranty which I misinterpreted. Under Additional Exclusions, “paint” is included in the most general way. With all the stuff listed below I interpreted it as specific conditions but the first sentence is in fact “any... paint defects.”
The rep said other car companies have the same exclusion - is this true? Quick Google search says not entirely but I also just can’t imagine that we’ve really gotten to a world where a Company doesn’t stand behind a product that costs $50k+++.
I’m allowed to come back on Wednesday to talk to the Manager because “he has more flexibility to offer other solutions.”
