Paint peeling off

Hello,
I have 1 year old Model 3 (2021) and I noticed some paint peeled off from the back, what do you guys recommend I do ?
Is this sort of things covered by the warranty, should I bother?

Is the back hatch rubbing that area when you open it

I don't think so but I will check after work

Should be covered by warranty as paint isn’t supposed to chip off like that. Also there are documented cases of the trunk rubbing that area when open.

My clear coat was peeling off on one of the wheels and I was told that it is not covered under warranty.
