I am curious if any of you have had a similar experience. The other day as I was approaching a parking lot, I took out my thin plastic hang tag and set it down on the center console, proceeded to drive, but had to break when the car in front of me stopped abruptly. The hang tag slipped forward right through the space above the cover and below the console.
After parking I reached under there, but the hang tag was no where to be found, apparently in the front of storage area in a space that is not easily accessible. I asked my service guys about this, and they laughed saying they have had people come in to retrieve lost credit cards etc. and its not easy as you have to take apart several parts of the interior to get it.
I got my hang tag replaced and will not ask them to find it, but I was curious if anyone else had this experience. The space above the console sliding cover seems pretty tight but...
