Parking Sensors Part Number

Hi.
I need the exact part number of the rear parking sensors.
I have missing 4 out of 6 rear sensors.

What i know (not sure) that they are not the same shape; 1 and 4 are different than 2 and 3.

If you have the parts manual, please post a screenshot showing the confirmed part number for each sensor.

My Tesla is Model S

The version of the service manual that I have does not list the part numbers, just how to remove them. I just had a few on the front of my car replaced and they were the same part number.

This is what came from my invoice, a word of caution is they need to get painted first. But there is a special way to paint them since the diagram needs to stay flexible for them to work.
