Accidentally damaged the passenger side mirror of my Tesla Model 3 (base version) while backing up into the garage. The back cover, bottom cover and casing around the mirror are damaged. The mirror functions fine. I have booked a Mobile service with Tesla but haven’t received an estimate yet. Will the mirror be covered under warranty?

Hell no!
Mirror didn't fail by itself. You had a mini-accident, and could file comprehensive claim under your insurance.
In all likelihood, you will be better off buying a new housing and swapping it in yourself. Or paying Tesla to install a brand new wide mirror.
