Perpendicular autoparking

I received my LR Model 3 with FSD about a month ago and I have really been enjoying it. However, there is one thing that I have never been able to use yet and that is perpendicular autoparking in a parking lot. I have seen several videos of it working, bit I have never once seen the "P" appear to try it. I know it doesn't see the lines on the ground so it only works between cars, but that doesn't seem to work either and the owner's manual seems to only describe parallel autoparking. Is this feature still available or did Tesla remove it at some point?

I have recently used it (maybe a week ago). You may already know, but the “P” only appears when slightly past a parking space, enabling it to reverse into a perpendicular parking space (I don’t think it can ever pull forward into a space).

I have only seen it when I have started backing into a space. Have tried it twice and found it slow and hesitant. Better off not using it. Pity.

Agree, it is so slow it is pretty much useless. I can park myself and be on my way long before the car parks itself.
