Phone audio not connecting

Hi. My phone connects ok to my 2022 Model Y, but when I try to play audio (from audible.com phone app), it doesn't work. I've tried resetting the screen and unpairing and pairing my phone. Any ideas? Thanks so much!

Maybe not. I connect my phone and it says "phone connected for calls and audio" or something like that. It definitely says "audio" but I may be doing something wrong. How do I choose bluetooth as the audio source. Thanks!!!

The phone is connected and phone calls would go through, because the car then auto-selects the bluetooth connection as the audio source. There can only be one at a time.

In your media screen you can choose between Streaming, Spotify, Radio, Tidal etc... There's a bluetooth option in there, exactly for what you want.
