And by the way, every time I reinstall the application and want to connect the phone key, an unknown key will appear in the “locks”. Even if i make the assignment "|Alex" it doesn't help.

Open a service request and ask for remote diagnostics

No that's only when you replace main computer

vice versa. if some new module is installed. Don't do it if new computer is installed.
