Phone key won’t work on wife’s phone

It’ll work for about a week the stop. Latest iOS, iPhone 15.
I’ve tried removing the phone key, logging out on the app, restarting the app, deleting the app, pairing again, all that. The app isn’t closed on her phone. Location is always allowed.

Any ideas on what’s happening?

Sounds like Tesla wants you to get a new wife.
Or get her a new phone.

Whichever is cheaper.

P.S.: One of my kids had the same issues with his iPhone 13 Max. Making Tesla app work on his phone wasn't my priority. iPhone 15 upgrade fixed that.

Bluetooth permissions for the tesla app seem to be turned off within settings on iOS.
