Yes it is. The right and left short side of it has some beefy “L” hooks that are wider than the hole. All you do is angle in one side and push hard on the other to insert. To remove you just pull on one side using a plastic pry tool.

The top and bottom has nothing. No slots. So essentially it’s holding on by “L” hooks on the two sides.
