I checked the web site (A Better Routeplanner), and the Model Y Standard Range is in beta so it's not 100% accurate, but it's there. Just change your vehicle to the Standard Range Beta.

Ive used A better Route Planner for several 1000+ mile trips and it works great. It even allows you to specify how much extra weight you will have in the car. Fine tune how long you want to stay (like if you rather charge longer but fewer times) etc... highly recommend it.

I use two apps/websites
ABRP like @Chrushev & @zanary mentioned - its a super helpful app.
I also use Plugshare for finding plugs when at my destination, really helpful when you plan on driving around at your destination
While on the trip I'll usually use Plugshare to checkin at the charging stops, especially if you find something new/interesting/issue at the charge stop so others know to look for it. Its also good to check up on the stops you're about to make to see what others have found.
