Please help me solve this 20” aftermarket tire stretch issue

It almost seems like there save amount of stretch as I have but technical you're tire should be bigger. I purchased these used and have never been a fan of stretched look but for now I am going to burn thru the tires so as not be wasteful and then will step the sizes up a bit. I do hate to admit that I might actually like the way it looks now as I always use to talk smack about stretched set ups.
