Port behind tail light

Anyone know what this port is for? Found it behind the left side tail light. EU Model S Plaid with refresh lights.
The light works, so its not for the light itself.

It's either the flux capacitor or warp drive option.

I feel that could be the wiring for the Tow Harness. Is there a part number on that?
