Powerflow all Grayed Out Suddenly

This site may earn commission on affiliate links.
For some reason the app stopped reporting any powerflow data yesterday around 7:30pm PST.
The system has been working fine since I had it installed in December.

I've tried rebooting the Gateway. I powered off the two power walls and rebooted the gateway.
Nothing.
When connected to the energy gateway via the web gui, when I power off the power walls (using the switch on the side), the battery levels read 0. When I turn it back on, it reads 30% from the app, but 34% from the web gui.
I've contacted Tesla and I've got to wait 2-3 business days until someone will call me back (i'm not holding my breath).

Wondering if anyone else has seen this issue before, if so, what did you do to resolve it?

Running Powerwall Version 1.32.0.
Self Powered Mode with 25% Reserve for Power Outages.
8.125kWh PV System

Thanks in advance.

Yes this happened to me over the last couple of days. I thought it was an internet/gateway problem so I reset the inverter, the powerwalls, the internet, gateway and it still didn't work. I was preparing to call Tesla about it the next morning but then it started working again. Just this morning it stopped again so I am suspecting that it is a server issue. I'll give it till later today to see if it works, otherwise I will call Tesla.
