Powering Up in cold garage

First time problem this morning. Car would not power up or connect with app on phone. Fully charged. Internal car temperature 1 Celsius with forecast continuing cold. Never happened before. Now what?

IDK in general. But I don't think it's the cold--1 C is balmy compared to the weather all over the East Coast for the past week--we've been in the negative teens C.

Problem solved with help from fellow Tesla owner (and no reply from Tesla Service Center! A full reboot of the MCU with scroll buttons got systems operating. I am told this is a glitch in the software coming out of sleep mode that needs fixing. Anybody listening at Tesla?

Make sure the car is set to always connected and not in power saving mode. Mine powers up when it's -25 celcius outside and unplugged so it shouldn't be an issue.

This happened to me again today - dead touchscreen at power-up from sleep. I had to reboot by holding both scroll buttons for 30s. I called Tesla and they said they are going to check my logs. I'll let you know what they say.

My car has Energy Saving on and Always Connected off. Changing that might avoid this issue, but I'd rather see Tesla fix the bug.
