PPF results with XPEL Ultimate

Just got the car back last week and wanted to share my pics. I'm very happy with the results. There was a little scarring on the mirrors, which I think was from stretching, but the shop will be fixing that soon.

Overall, really happy with the XPEL PPF and the paint correction the guys did. I also had a ceramic coat done as well.

Now I just need to figure out how to maintain the protection!

There really isn't much of a maintenance. I mean you purchased it to protect whatever is underneath so the outer layer can take the abuse.

If the job was done well, then you won't see any peeling and bubbles. Meaning you can do whatever you want to it haha.

I had Llumar PPF done to the full front end and then I did ceramic on the whole car myself.

I also went ahead about bought a monthly car wash pass at my local gas station. A touch free wash. So I drive it in once a week and the car comes out clean as a whistle. The PPF is holding up well too. If it doesn't just take it back to the installer.

I love and Xpel recommends Adam's Ceramic Boost. Since I did my paint in Adam's ceramic coating, I can go over the entire car with one product. Only a few light sprays per panel is enough to enhance the shine on my Xpel clear bra and my beautiful ceramic coating. Remember a little goes a long way.
Your car looks awesome and I'm glad you're happy with the results. Adam's has quite a few tutorials to help you keep your 3 in top shape.
Good luck and enjoy your 3!

I see you are in San Ramon. If you are not going to wash yourself, look into FutureWash. They have a location they do washes off Crow Canyon Place on Fridays. They do waterless washes. We use them for both of our cars down in the south bay area. Here's a link to their SR location: https://square.site/book/4NZQ0FA548RW4/crow-canyon-place-san-ramon-ca and the main site for more info and other locations: https://www.futurewash.com. Suggest booking an appointment.

Your car looks great BTW!

Thanks for the details on future wash. I will probably check them out in a couple of weeks when I'm due for a cleaning.
