I feel like the software has dulled the detection algorithm to save battery life. Sentry mode was very sensitive on my M3. However due to that activity I would loose about 1% an hour sometimes. Being that the Y has worst range, I think Tesla is countering that in any way possible.

my 22 March build has same issue. It came off a few times. On the last time I punched it real hard a few times and it hasn’t come off again. Brute force works here. Maybe use a mallet if you don’t want to hurt yourself.

Referral miles have expiration as well. I believe the app use to show when they are set to expire. That program is no longer available and I don’t think anyone has referral miles anymore.

Interesting. I did not install mud flaps but I recently discovered my bolt was hanging. I wonder if tesla touched it and didn’t bother fixing it because I took the car in for axel hub creaking noises. I have a feeling they touched it… Wouldn’t never guess this was a common issue.

Your high pitched sound is more like brake pads…might just need a lube and cleaning. Metal clicking sounds would be axel hub and spline.

Creaking sound… is it like a metal clicking sound? This is issue with axel hub and spline. Requires lubrication of spline and retorque the axel hub to spec. Can make service appointment to have this looked at.

Could be brakes rubbing. Could also be a rock lodged in between rotor? Would require inspection and maybe lubricate the brake pads.

Sorry. This service question has nothing to do with mud flaps. The other person just thought it was mud flap related. This is about the under area of the rear bumper. The bolt is just dangling. I scheduled a service request…will see how it goes

Service will have someone sit in the car with you to listen to the problem. Back seat rattles could be a loose head rest. They will try to tighten things out to see if that resolved the issue. I would do a service appointment to have it looked it.

I have tesla oem mud flaps. Those only come in the front. The only people that have touched the car is tesla service. I’m sure they’ll try to blame it on something or since I’m pass 100 miles or 7 days they won’t fix it.

Wrap prevents rock chips. But larger or sharper items will cut through the wrap. Ceramic is basically just easier to wash your car. Doesn’t do much in terms of physical protection. These 2 depend how critical you are about your car….

Yeah. They were able to get it fixed in 10 mins. No drilling or going through the top window. They pried open the cable port on the lower portion of the door and worked out the ding. Trying to ask your repair man if they worked on tesla in the past to gauge experience

It’s not all fun and games for us EOQ. Some got vin and no schedule delivery. I got vin and delivery pushed back 2 times. Try getting a vin and waiting a week and no one contacts you for delivery.
