PPF, when should I do it?

I made my appointment to get PPF for front sections and ceramic coating overall even before I got the car. They had a 2 wk lead time for the 2-day appointment. I'm going to have it done on Oct 19-20. I could have it done locally, but I decided to go from ME to MA to a place that came highly recommended. I'll have a mini vacay in hotel for 2 nights. I have it in my garage and don't drive it now but every third day or so, and only when weather is clear. I have used ONR to wash it a few times for minor surface dust. So far the red paint looks perfect.

I'm a little concerned about the 2 hour drive and getting bugs or gravel or anything else on it, but I'm driving on Sunday, so hopefully traffic won't be too heavy. When I get back home, I'll park it in the garage for several days while the treatment sets. The detailing shop said it takes about a month to fully cure and not to wash it for at least 2 weeks.
