pre-2016 center console/cup holder options?

I have a 2013 Model S,
as you may know there is not a door lid to put your stuff in, which I can live with it (it might make me actually be more minimalist and not have stuff in the car that I dont need)
however one thing I can not live without ! that is a safe place to put my steel water bottle (and my passenger cofffe cups)
the arm rest is really an awkward place to put coffee/and tall water bottles and I do like my arm rest for resting my arm. so I would like to know what are ALL options for adding a cup holder. (preferably something that doesn't require professional installation)

The later centre console is fairly easy to fit. I bought mine second hand on ebay.
