Premium Connectivity Navigation not offering alternative routes

I just took delivery of my new Model Y a couple of days ago and have a subscription to Premium Connectivity. I can access all the other features offered but whenever I enter a destination it’s not offering me alternative routes. Am I missing something? I’ve toggled on/off options for tolls, etc. but no luck.

It doesn't always offer alternative routes. Have you tried navigating to something a little further away?

I did a soft reboot and seems to be working now

Note that Premium Connectivity isn’t required to get alternate routes. That’s part of the standard navigation feature.

Thanks, didn’t know that. I found it offered on one route I entered but not on others. Interesting as Apple, Google, Waze and others offer on all drives pretty much.
