Premium Connectivity Subscription

I received an email from Tesla last night saying my trial period was ending and that I needed to subscribe. But, there's no way to subscribe and Connectivity doesn't show up on my car's homepage. Will this option only be available after my trial subscription expires or am I missing something?

There should be a SUBSCRIBE button near the bottom of that e-mail. At least there was on the similar e-mail I received a couple months ago.

You can renew it from the account page on the website

There was, but it took me to My Tesla with no ability to subscribe from there.
