Price Drop

Back in the 90s and early 2000's I put way more importance into the quality of a car's audio. Honestly, I don't think the Model 3's stereo is as great as everyone makes it out to be. Both my '94 mustang and my 2001 Acura CL Type S had better-sounding systems from the factory. But back then, when I'd shop around for cars, I always brought a few CDs with me to try in showrooms. These were the two songs I'd usually try first:

Haha ya. Wrong thread. But I agree with you. It’s not that great. I had many cars sound system sounding better from factory with a factory upgrade. Most particular BMWs Logic 7 back in the 2000s

Sales tax on new cars in NC is 3%, so $60 is exactly 3% of $2000 FWIW

Wow I live in CA and sales tax is 9.5% I can't wait to leave here.. by the way Tesla sent me the 2000 check plus the taxes as my refund on the price drop just as promised. Very pleased with them
