Progressive - Cannot add VIN - been on hold fro 101 minutes

The CSR is asking questions as if they have never heard of a Tesla such as does it have anti-lock breaks, airbags, Is the suspension modified, etc, etc. I still have not got a quote. Anyone have a way to get the VIN to match something in their system. They are struggling to get it setup.
