Are there any promo codes for buying accessories. Ordered model 3 and need to buy wall charger, floor mats and other things.

Usually no, although some Tesla clubs are known to receive discount codes from Tesla to distribute to their members. The only other way I could think of would be if you knew someone at Tesla, they receive an employee discount (although I'm not sure if it's for everything, only got the diecast 3 with it).
