Buying a Model Y in August: are they still giving those $200 promo codes towards a charger?

Hello! I already have a Model S and a shorter (16 feet) Tesla wall connector. My finacee is buying a Model Y in August. I'm looking to get the 24 feet Tesla wall connector so we don't have to swap car positions to charge the car.

Question: Are they still giving those $200 promo codes that can be used towards a charger? If not, I'm going to go ahead and buy a 24 feet charger now.
