We have Powerwalls on the outside of our house. We're getting our house painted. Are there any recommendations for how to best protect the Powerwalls and inverter during painting?

Be aware that when the PWs are under load in a high heat ambient setting they will turn on fans to keep cool. Make sure the painters don't seal them in plastic so they cannot vent. Maybe just cover them right before they paint that area and then remove the covers immediately. Just let them know they have to breathe.
Problem with @taphil's suggestion is that while that section of the house is being painted, you will be going through solar production loss withdrawals, which may end up needing post-production-loss therapy.
