Guys if you just got your car (built late July and esp aug) pls check the top screw inserts of your back license plate holder. if they don't match the bottom then be careful coz they might just fall off.
I got my M3 late Aug (built aug) and I purchased a matte black license plate holder. I switched out the chrome one for the new one that I bought- it only had screws for the top part of the frame. a few days later when I closed the trunk one of the inserts(where the screws go in) slipped off. I just popped it back in but I noticed it wasn't that secure. I wasn't too worried coz I was going to get my car serviced the next day for paint issues I found at delivery. I drove an hour to the service center and when I looked at the plate it was gone. I brought this up to the person checking my car and he said they got an email saying that during the manufacturing they put the wrong screw inserts in some model 3s.
