Purchase and install of wheel well piece

As you can see in the snap, The black plastic wheel well opening strip is cracked. Rt front wheel.

First what is that strip called?

It looks as though I can just pull the strip out and snap in a replacement one?

Do I need a p/n for the strip in order to order one from local SC or will they allow me to come in and ask for the part?

Is there a parts catalogue available somewhere?

I am having my piece replaced by my SC. Here is the breakdown from SC:

Part name: Driver side Fender Garnish
Price (CDN): 68+tax.

Labour to replace is ~$30$.
