Purchased Premium Connectivity now no music

purchased premium connectivity for my 2023 model y long range and now i dont have any music it tells me on the screen to log into my account how do i fix this?

I've had the same problem before. When something like that quits working I reboot the car all is good again. That sends to take care of most software problems. The only thing I have to reboot more often is my Windows 11 PC.

It popped up asking me to login a few days ago. I told it to use the vehicle account and nothing happened. I wasn't actually going to drive that day anyway, I had just gotten in the car to get something from the glove compartment. So after telling it to use the vehicle account a few times with no luck I rebooted and walked away. The next day, I did drive and it was fine.

Sometimes this type of thing just happens.
