Purchasing A Used 2018 Tesla Model S

I'm currently considering to purchase a used 2018 Tesla Model S from a private seller with 12k miles.

I ran a report on it, it shows to have:
Loan/Lien Other Title Brand and Specific Event Check A loan/lien is the legal right to take and hold or sell the vehicle of a debtor as security or payment for a debt. Normally, a vehicle will have a lien due to a loan or unpaid repair bill against the vehicle. Check with the seller to ensure that the lien has been satisfied.

It's quoted a price of $78,000. I'm wanting to know this is a good deal or I should be negotiating a better deal.

Model S or Model X??

When you say you ran a report, what report? It sounds like it just has a lien on it.

I'm not familiar with new pricing, but that sounds very similar to brand new "inventory" pricing...although those seem to be depleting quickly.

I figured the same, hence the question. Unless it's an usual order, like executive seats, plus rear facing seats (don't know if this exist or was even possible).

Also, Model S didn't come with a towing option or 20" wheels. This is likely a Model X...or a scam.
