Question on a new tire from Costco for my Model S 70 D

I have a 2016 Tesla Model S 70D. I have a nail in one of the tires and have been asked to get a new tire. The tire spec is 245/45R19 98W A/S GOODYEAR EAGLE TOURING. Its expensive at the Tesla store and so was thinking of getting a new one from Costco. The one at Costco is the same spec but is from Michellen.

My question to you all is does it matter if the 3 tires are from GoodYear and if I get this 4th one from Michellen? When I asked the Tesla rep, he said it could damage the car. Not sure if thats true but wanted to get your opinion on this.

I would buy two tires from Costco so you have matching tires on each end of the car.
