Question on replacing black PPF'd bumper

So my SO got bumped the other day in her model 3 and there's a nice imprint on her bumper. Currently it's ppf'd. the color of the car is black and I'm told that Tesla has factory prepainted bumpers. Question is with the color black, would it have to be blended in with the other panels?

Trying to not rip off the rear quarter panel ppf and rear hatch ppf. My ppf guy is telling me even if factory painted, the black would be off and needs to be blended. If it isn’t blended, the ppf will be off. It's matte ppf btw. Basically blend paint and re-ppf the whole car. Can I get away with just replacing factory painted bumper and re-ppf the bumper?

I can go through insurance but they won’t cover the all the ppf. Only up to $1k of it.
Any auto body workers opinions appreciated!
