Ran over something on 401

I ran over something on the 401, now I have this piece dangling. Appt in a week with Tesla. Is it safe to drive, or will I cause more damage?

I've seen other posts like this and it is just an underlay IIRC. I think if you don't go fast and avoid bumps that will grab at it you should be okay? I am totally just guessing though
