Rear bumper / side panel fix

Sadly my beloved Model 3 suffered a more-than-scratch damage in parking lot See photo. It is on the left side, where the damage spans (1) the side pane that houses the charge port; (2) left part of rear bumper.

Can folks please share (1) will Tesla service center / collision center fix it? (2) or better to bring to a body shop? certified or not? (3) how much is ball park cost? (I am in Bay Area)

Since I cannot find who hit the car, I am thinking if I should use the comprehensive coverage of my own insurance (at the risk of dramatically increased premium). However, if it is too much for me to foot the bill, I think I will have to resort of insurance.

Ask a PDR place (paintless dent repair) and see if they can fix it. The scratches look pretty superficial and can likely just be polished out.

Yeah, PDR all the way. No reason to get insurance involved as that repair would probably be a couple hundred dollars.
