Rear drivers side cover

I just bought a used Model S and it’s missing a cover. It‘s the cover for the small storage area in the rear hatch area on the drivers side. I didn’t realize it was ,siding, since it just looked like a shallow uncovered storage area. I bought a rear hatch mat to cover the stock carpeting, and that’s when I realized that a cover was missing, because the hatch mat has a ’wing‘ on that side that just flops down into the uncovered opening.

The attached photo shows the opening that’s missing its cover. I’ve looked on Tesla.com and could not find this part, so that’s why I’m here. Anyone know where I can get a replacement for this missing part? Thanks.

In 2020, there was a hole back there where I store frequently needed items. I have the trunk mat, and it does not cover that area.

Thanks, but starting in 2021, per 2 videos that I watched about the “Refresh” of the Model S in 2021, a cover was added to that area. So I’m looking for a part number, or some way to buy a replacement cover.
