Rear fog lights on US Model S (2016-2020)

Hi! I have 2020 MS, US version. Is there an elegant way to install rear fog lights like the EU version? I mean, no pulling wires from the front fog lights, no additional switches, etc. The idea is to activate them through the interface, similar to the front ones.
If US and EU versions use the same harness there must be empty connectors and, hopefully, there is no mod needed in the software.
Anyone done this?

If you want to use the touchscreen that is a software thing. Can you set euro mode in the hidden service menu, I doubt it
