Rear Glass Tint Debris

Is anyone seeing a lot of debris on the rear glass after tinting (between the glass and tint)? I went to a very reputable tint installer and was somewhat disappointed after letting it dry and examining. I know the rear glass is difficult with the size of the one piece rear glass/roof but this job has the most debris between the glass and tint of any of my other cars.

Anyone else experiencing the same or did I just get a bad install?

Any problems with the rear defroster if the installer has to pull the film and retint?
