Rear heated seats without heated wheel?

I just spoke with a dealer via facetime and we were both a little confused. He had a 2016 P100D that looked nice, but when he went to the climate menu the vehicle had all seats heated (at least they turned on via screen), but we didn't see any heated steering wheel option.

I thought sub-zero package included rear heated seats, washer nozzles, wheel all together.

Thoughts?

I believe all Sub-zero X have heated wheel, it's a separate config item, maybe someone turn it off accidently during service?

Try rebooting the MCU.

More info: The software menu said it has heated wheel. Was the wheel heating menu located somewhere odd early on?

In software V8 it had its own icon from what I recall and was not lumped in the climate menu.
