Rear seatbelt tension issue - Model Y / Guardsman dog guard

Anyone got issues with rear seatbelts not maintaining their tension?

I can pull our seatbelts entirely out and they will not snap back into place as they should. Which makes them unusable / unsafe. To fix it, I have to flatten the rear seats, then return them to their normal position and only then will the seatbelts reverse back into their correct place.

We have the seats in the rearward most possible position as required to use a dog guard from Guardsman, this one: Tesla Model Y Dog Guard - 2021 onwards (Part no.G1622) - Guardsman Dog Guards

Anyone else seeing similar?

No idea if its related, but there is some sort of recall for rear seat belts/anchor linkages I think. I can't find a reputable source of the info though.

I recall reading similar a few months ago.

For now I've booked a Tesla mobile service visit - next week - to look at the seatbelt issue and also the annoying rattling from the door trim above the driver door interior. I have to whack it to keep it quiet for a few minutes, then it starts again, right in my ear!
