Rear trunk latch rattle - 2023 austin build MYLR

Hello, I also have a rattling and creaking noise in my Y (MiC 2022).
Unscrewing the spacer bolts minimizes it, but the lock is under extreme tension.
Maybe with some felt or foam underneath?
I suspect that it is at the top of the tailgate, where the black trim (near the brake light) meets the seal on the roof.
I've been looking for about 2 months now. I've already insulated and lined everything in the trunk at the bottom and sides. Unfortunately the noise is still there.

Hi there! I have what I believe is a similar rattle coming from the trunk and I've also isolated it to the latch (I think). I put a piece of felt tape in the gap between the metal piece of the latch and the plastic that comes down atop it, and it seems to mute the rattle just a bit but it doesn't eliminate it completely. If anyone has had any luck or ideas in adjusting the latch itself, would love to hear your experience! Thanks.
