Guess I don't understand how things electrical "sorta" work. It's either on or off. This has been going on since early May, when I had issues there. Was told it was an overheating issue. Almost sounds like a PG&E issue as I've never heard of overheating issues at any of the other SC's. And Barstow and Tejon both get similar high temps this time of year as well.
