Red Ys with mesh wheels

Looking for some mesh wheel inspiration. BBS E88, Work VSXX, even the LMs. Debating if I want to run my 20x8.5 square Work Brombachers on the Y, or go with something different. The centers are currently black, but I would like to rebuild them with bronze centers.

Thanks! I wasn't quite sure how the polished lip would look with the OEM black trim. What offset are those 20x8.5 (before spacers)?

Offset is 40. OEM 19s and 20s are 45. but since the OEMs are also 9.5, the measurements in my first post is the width the wheel actually sticks out further than the OEM rims. I used 25mm spacers in the back and 20mm spacers in the front actually.

To clarify, you are running 20x8.5 ET40 but you are running 20mm spacers in front and 25mm in the rear?

Exactly, spacers were needed anyway to compensate the narrower rim, and that’s as far as TÜV allows.

Pulled my wheels from the X today. Debating if I’ll run them as is or refinish the centers bronze.

you know the model X wheels don't fit the model Y ?
Model x has a 5x120mm patern while the Model Y has the 5x114.3mm

These are 5x130, so they didn’t fit the X either

This design tends to look smaller in dark colors, so I’d go with bronze finish.

I feel like dark wheels lose a lot of details as well
